Keuilian Inc. has a no-refund and/or exchange policy. All sales are final. Any person(s) that agrees to the terms and conditions of this policy does so with the full, honest and earnest understanding of said policy.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact your local post office or UPS with your order details.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays, and are shipped within 1-3 days from the date of order. Please allow an additional 1-5 days for delivery in the continental. International shipping may vary.
Our shipping rates come directly UPS, and may fluctuate from time to time. We work to find the lowest cost to the customer. We do not guarantee delivery dates. We will use our best effort to communicate the delivery time with our customers. We will not refund an order because it did not arrive on an estimated delivery date.
